Redfin is a real estate company. Most users go to Redfin for real estate listings, but few knew Redfin has salaried agents paid based on customer satisfaction instead of the closing price of the home.

The impact: I designed Redfin’s first onboarding mobile app experience, increasing agent awareness (seen by 800 new users/day), and capturing new user data (50% buying, 1.5% selling). I also initiated project to redesign and introduce delight to a broken 404 experience, decreasing drop off by 23%.
